I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect with this book. I usually tend to read pretty fast paced books and this was a bit more slow than I’m used to. It still kept me wondering what happened though and I definitely didn’t see the end coming.
This follows Louise in present day and back in 1989. Louise has a secret that only she and a few others know about. She believes she’s responsible for the death of a classmate back in 1989 at a school party.
When she gets a friend request on Facebook from the girl who died back then, she’s worried that the girl is still alive and is coming after her due to the threatening messages she’s received.
I did enjoy this book more than I thought I would. Definitely recommend.
Thank you to NetGalley for my copy of this in exchange for an honest review.
